Terms of Service

1. The service

Easyrobin lets a business connect its chat channels (LINE, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and answer its customers with its team in one place, with auto-replies, broadcasts, customer records and reports. Features depend on the business's plan.

2. Accounts

• Give true information and keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• The business owner decides who joins the business and what each member may do.

3. Connected channels

• Connect only pages and accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
• You must also follow the rules of each platform (Meta Platform Terms, LINE, TikTok), including their messaging windows and rules on promotional messages.
• You can disconnect a channel at any time in Settings › Channels.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Easyrobin to:

• Send spam or messages people did not agree to receive.
• Send illegal, fraudulent, hateful or harmful content, or infringe other people's rights.
• Collect customers' data for purposes they were not told about, or break personal-data laws (such as Thailand's PDPA).
• Attack, overload or try to break into the service.

5. Your data

The business owns its chat and customer data; Easyrobin processes it on the business's behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. The business is responsible for having a lawful basis to chat with and keep data about its customers.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Plan limits and prices are shown on the package page before you pay.

7. Suspension and ending

We may suspend a business that breaks these terms or a platform's rules. You may stop at any time by deleting your business; its data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided as is. We are not responsible for outages or changes of the connected platforms, or for losses beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Changes and governing law

We will post changes on this page with a new “Last updated” date. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
