LINE OA broadcasts customers open instead of blocking
A broadcast sends one message to many LINE OA friends at once: new products, promotions, shop news. Sent to the right people at the right time, it brings customers back; sent to everyone about everything, it gets your shop blocked.
Pick the right group first
Instead of messaging every friend, choose the people the message is really for. In Easyrobin you can send to:
- All friends of the LINE OA
- Contact groups the shop keeps, including or excluding them
- Customers with chosen tags, any of them or all of them
- Only people who have chatted with the shop
- Everyone except those who got a broadcast in the last few days
Don't send too often
Skipping people who just got a message keeps customers from hearing from you twice in a row. With many recipients, the shop can spread sending over hours so the team can keep up with the replies.
Write messages worth opening
- Up to 5 messages per send: text, pictures or a swipeable card carousel with link buttons
- Put the customer's name in the text so it feels personal
- Send a test to one customer first to see how it looks in LINE
Know your quota before you send
Broadcasts use your LINE OA's monthly message quota. The broadcast page shows the number of recipients and the quota left for each account, warns or stops you when you would go over, and warns 24 hours ahead for scheduled sends.
Schedule and see results
Send now or schedule it, repeat weekly or monthly, and see everything on a calendar. Afterwards you see how many were sent, LINE's open and click counts (about a day later, not shown for small sends), and who clicked a link, so you can tag them for next time.
In short
Broadcasts work when they go to interested people, not too often, with the quota known up front. Start with a small group, look at the results, then grow.
