How long can I use Free web chat?
For as long as you like, with no credit card: 1 website, 2 people and 30 days of chat history. Upgrade any time.
Can I try it for free?
Yes — every feature for 14 days, no credit card.
How can I pay?
Pay by card or scan a PromptPay QR on the payment page. Companies can ask for a quotation first.
What happens when the trial ends and I haven't paid?
Your shop moves to Free web chat automatically. Upgrade again any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-period?
Upgrades start right away, and the unused days of your current package come off the price. A move to the same or a smaller package starts when your paid period ends.
How are extra team members billed mid-period?
Add members any time. You pay only for the days left in the period, and they end with your package.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Choose individual or company at checkout and a full tax invoice is issued as soon as the payment goes through. If you didn't, ask for one within the month you paid. Download it from Package and payments › Payment history.
Can my company withhold tax?
Yes. Companies paying THB 1,000 or more (before VAT) can withhold 3% tax.
Can I stop renewing or get a refund?
A paid package runs until its end date. If you don't renew, nothing more is charged. For refunds, please contact our team.
