Do I need my own menu picture?

No. Design it in the app, or upload a JPG or PNG; big pictures are resized for you.

How many buttons can a rich menu have?

Ready layouts have 1 to 6 buttons; drawing your own areas allows up to 20.

Can different customers see different menus?

Not yet. Each LINE OA shows the same rich menu to every customer.

Do customers see my edits at once?

They see them when you publish (LINE can take up to 24 hours to show it). While you edit, customers keep seeing the current menu.

What happens to the menu when my package ends?

You can still view it; editing and publishing need a package or the free trial.
