Selling in chat: orders and payments in one place
Many online shops take orders in chat and note them in messages, notebooks or spreadsheets. As orders grow, things slip: who has paid, who hasn't, and how much stock is left.
Open the order beside the chat
In Easyrobin the team opens an order from the customer panel next to the chat, without switching apps. The order keeps the customer, channel, products, quantities, prices and total, plus tags, an owner and a follow-up date.
See every order by status
The orders page shows a board by status or a table. Statuses are waiting for payment, paid, shipping, done, refunded and cancelled, so the team sees at once where each order stands.
A matching slip closes the order
When a customer sends a slip in chat, it is checked with the bank. If the amount matches an order waiting for payment, the order becomes paid by itself. If not, the slip waits for the team to link it, and split payments add up.
Stock updates when paid
- Keep products with SKU, price, picture and options such as colour or size
- Stock goes down when an order is paid and back on cancel or refund
- Import and export products as CSV
Good to know
- No shipping labels or tracking numbers yet; keep using your usual courier
- No payment links; customers transfer to the shop's account and send the slip in chat as before
In short
Selling in chat no longer means notes in many places: open orders beside the chat, let matching slips close them and let stock update itself, and the team has more time for customers.
