What to prepare

A LINE account with an email registered, or an email you use for a Business Account; LINE sends a confirmation link to it.
Your shop's details: business type, business name and the applicant's details.
A computer, if you want a verified account from the start: accounts created in the management app can't choose verified.

Unverified or verified account?

Both use the same basic features. An unverified account needs only a short form and you can start right away. A verified account is checked by LINE first, but customers can find your shop in LINE search and you can download posters.

You can create an unverified account first and ask for verification later; LINE decides whether to verify, and the review takes several working days.

Sign-up steps

1. Go to LINE for Business

Open LINE for Business Thailand, choose Product & Services, then LINE Official Account.

2. Choose the account type

Choose to create an unverified or a verified account, then log in with LINE or with email.

3. Enter your shop's details

Fill in the account details, business type, business name and applicant details, read the terms of use, check everything and press finish.

4. Ask for verification, or go to the Manager

Ask for verification if you want a verified account; otherwise go to the Manager and start setting up your shop.

What to set up first

A name and profile picture that match your shop, and complete shop details.
A greeting for new customers that says how to see products and how to order.
A chat menu, or Rich Menu, so customers can open the main information themselves.
Your account's link or QR in your posts and shop page, so customers can add you easily.
