Slip Check Cost: Pay Per Slip or Included in a Plan

A transfer slip, coins and a monthly calendar

Every shop that takes bank transfers faces the same question: how to check every customer slip so fake or reused slips never get through. Once you pick a slip-check system, you also pick how to pay for it: per slip, or included in a monthly plan. This article compares the two and shows which fits which kind of shop.

Two ways slip checks are priced

The first charges per slip: credit or money is taken every time a slip is checked, so the more orders, the more you pay. The second includes a number of slips in a monthly plan: you pay the same each month as long as you stay within the plan's number.

A shop with few, steady orders may find per slip cheaper, because it pays only for what it uses. A shop that sells hard during campaigns or at year end sees slips jump within days: per slip, the checking cost grows right along with sales, while a plan lets you know the cost in advance.

How Easyrobin charges for slip checks

Easyrobin checks transfer slips in LINE OA chat: it reads the QR on the slip and asks the bank whether that transfer really exists, catches reused and edited slips, and shows the result in the chat for the whole team (see the slip check feature).

How many slips you can check each month depends on the plan. See each plan's price and number of slips on the pricing page.

Which fits which shop

  • Few slips a month and rare campaigns: per slip may cost less, but you have to watch your credit so it does not run out in a busy week.
  • Busy chat every day, or several campaigns a year: a plan lets you know the cost in advance, with no topping up credit mid-campaign.

The simplest way to compare: count your shop's real slips for the last two or three months, including your busiest month, and work out the cost of both ways from that number.

What to check besides price

Price matters, but a good slip check should also answer these:

  • Does it check with the bank, or only read the picture? Reading the QR and asking the bank catches well-made fake slips.
  • Does it catch reused slips, including slips already used at another shop?
  • Does it check that the receiving name and account number match the shop's account?
  • Can the whole team see the result, or only the person answering that chat?
  • Is there a daily summary and a file download for looking back?

Easyrobin does all of these, as written on the slip check feature page, and you can try it free before you decide.

Frequently asked questions

How many slips can I check a month?

It depends on the plan. See each plan's price and number of slips on the pricing page.

Does it really check with the bank, or only look at the picture?

Easyrobin reads the QR on the slip and asks the bank whether that transfer exists. If the bank has not found it yet, it checks again several times within 15 minutes. It works with slips from Thai banks that carry a verification QR.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It works in the browser on a computer or a phone. Connect your shop's LINE OA to Easyrobin, add your shop's receiving account, and customers can send slips in chat; the result shows in the chat.

The slip check is the last gate before you ship. Choose one that checks with the bank, and a way of paying that matches your shop's number of slips.
