Reply on LINE OA without using up your message quota

A LINE OA has a monthly message quota set by the shop's LINE plan. Once it runs out, the shop can't message customers first until the next month. Knowing which messages count helps you spend the quota where it matters.
Which messages count
- Replies, sent within a few minutes after the customer writes, don't count
- Messages the shop sends first (push) count
- Broadcasts and sends to many people at once count
Reply fast, save quota
When a customer writes and the shop answers quickly, Easyrobin sends it as a reply, which doesn't count. The faster your team answers, or the more common questions your chatbot handles, the more quota is left for broadcasts and important messages.
Late automatic messages
Sometimes an automatic message, such as a slip check result, is ready only after the reply time has passed. Sending it then needs a push, which uses quota, so Easyrobin keeps this off from the start. The shop can turn it on in the chat channel settings of each LINE OA and choose which features may send late.
See this month's usage
The chat channels page shows messages used against the quota for each LINE OA. The number is read from LINE itself, and the broadcast page also shows how much quota a send will use before you send.
When the quota runs out
LINE refuses push messages until the next month. Easyrobin shows the send as failed and doesn't retry it on its own. Replies still go through, so you can keep answering customers who write in.
