Thai transfer slips: save, get again, check (2026)

A phone showing a successful transfer slip

Every time you transfer money, a Thai banking app gives you a slip. The sender keeps it as proof; a shop uses it to see that the customer has paid. This page brings everything about transfer slips together: what is on a slip, how to save it and get an old one again in each bank's app, and how a shop checks the slips customers send. Facts are from each bank's official pages (checked 28 October 2026).

What is a transfer slip?

A transfer slip, or e-Slip, is the picture a banking app makes when a transfer, bill payment or top-up succeeds. Kasikornbank and Bangkok Bank call it proof of the transaction; SCB says the picture file can be used in place of a transaction record.

What is on a slip

Every bank's slip looks a little different, but these are the details the banks tell you to check:

  • The sender's name and the recipient's name
  • The amount
  • The date and time of the transfer
  • The transaction reference
  • A QR code you can scan with a banking app to see the transaction details

Saving the slip to your photos, bank by bank

  • Kasikornbank (K PLUS): every transaction is saved to your photo album automatically. You can change the slip background under Others → Settings → Application → Slip background.
  • SCB (SCB EASY): saved to your photo album automatically. Turn it on or off in Settings, under Auto Save Slip.
  • Krungthai (Krungthai NEXT): the slip is saved to your phone automatically when the transfer succeeds.
  • Krungsri (krungsri app): tap the Save receipt icon after the transaction.
  • Bangkok Bank (Mobile Banking): you get an e-Slip for every transaction and can choose to save or share it.

If slips do not appear in your album, check that your phone lets the banking app use your photos. For example, krungsri app says to go to your device settings → Apps → krungsri → Permissions → Photos → Allow.

Lost a slip? Getting it again

  • K PLUS: tap Transfer → History, pick the transaction, then tap View slip. You can save it to your photos or share it.
  • SCB EASY: go to My transactions, choose transfer, top-up or bill payment → History → Request the slip again. This works for up to 30 days back.
  • krungsri app: go to Transaction history, pick the transaction, then tap Save receipt. Available from version 4.13.

If the transaction is no longer in the app, SCB says to contact its customer centre for a transfer certificate to use as proof instead of the slip. For other banks, please ask that bank's customer centre.

How far does a slip count as proof?

SCB says a slip can be used as evidence when there is a problem or a dispute, and to support a police report. But a slip is a picture, and pictures can be edited. SCB's own slip check page says its result does not confirm that the money has reached the recipient's account. So a shop should always look for the money itself, not just the picture.

How a shop checks the slips customers send

  1. Scan the QR code on the slip with your shop's banking app. Krungsri says any bank's app will do, and if the code does not scan, assume the slip is fake.
  2. Compare the sender, recipient, amount and time the app shows with the slip picture.
  3. Check soon. Bangkok Bank recommends checking as soon as you get the slip; K PLUS can check slips up to 60 days old.
  4. Look for the money in the shop's account, or turn on the bank's incoming-money alerts.

For all 7 signs of a fake slip and how to check in each bank's app, read How to spot a fake transfer slip. Shops that take slips in LINE OA chats or LINE groups can let automatic slip check read the QR code and ask the bank about that transaction. Summary

A transfer slip is the banking app's proof of a transaction. Senders should keep every one, and can get a lost one again in the app within the bank's time limit. Shops should scan the QR code and see the money arrive before they send the goods.
